Cheating scratch-offs
The tickets are 1 winner out of 4... What does this mean...? It means for every winner there are 3 losers.. It means that if they print 400 tickets 100 would be winners, 300 losers... Not necessarily back to back on the same roll.. It means that ticket winners (winning a free ticket) is counted as a winner of the promised 1 out of four tickets. It means that at the printing station.. they are required to print a winner for every three losers they print. It means that the st

Pairs for four digit games
Hello winsumloosesum, et al- Thanks for your relevant reply and apolgies for the inadvertent slow response. Firstly, I have an experimental (sceintifically based) hypothesis regarding a point of certainty which is an out of the box approach and these unorthodox concepts usually are not to the conventional way of thinking on the boards. Just the same most standard game plans software systems are predictably defeated and that's my motivation for outside investigation. Beyond coincidence

Lottery "SYSTEM X" by Dr Ian Ferguson Inquiry
@Badger, et al- if what one is doing does not work even if it should work by logical means, then perhaps the thing to do is do something that should not work according to logical means. ~B I wholeheartedly concur with this appraisal and permit to offer my imperfect reasoning in support. 1. in lottery, keno, indeed in all all games of speculation a negative expectation has been mathematically formulated against for the house aginst the player. The math is perfect, imutable and canno

Indiana Lottery (Hoosier Lotto)
I had another long response prepared but I lost my connection and lost the post. So just a few short comments for now. @Floyd: As usual your post makes perfect sense. I conceded your point about buying habits and no I don't have any information about lower prize levels. However, I submit to you that distribution patterns have much more to do with the location of scratch off prizes and winners than do sales patterns. With regard to the Cash Blast game the Hoosier Lottery advertises b

Paranoid or Prudent?
Todd Back a page you said: How exactly does a lottery official stay ahead of a system? Are you saying that they go into the back room and make the games more random? Like spinning the balls around the drum a few extra times? The reason I don't subscribe to these conspiracy theories is they never really give any specifics about how a lottery official would cheat (which in itself would be pretty stupid of them, as they would go to jail once caught.) I'm not think

Indicted suspect to appear on Ohio Lottery TV show
A man awaiting trial on charges accusing him of bilking $135,000 from three people in a home-repair scam is scheduled to appear on the Ohio Lottery's television game show, officials said. Timothy Snyder and other contests, who earn appearances on Make Me Famous, Make Me Rich through scratch-off lottery tickets, potentially could win $60,000 or more on the show. There are no laws or rules preventing Snyder from appearing on the show, which was taped this week, lottery spokeswoman Marie Ki

Change in Penn. Lottery scratch tickets removes shortcut
A change in the format of Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off tickets to prevent fraud means that some lottery players could be mistakenly tossing away winning tickets, retailers said. Since January, instant tickets have been printed with a new kind of security coding for retailers to verify that a winning ticket is valid. Previously, a row of letters and numbers at the top or bottom of a ticket indicated the prize won. For example, a row interspersed with (5) and (0) meant the ticket was a $

New lawsuit claims Indiana Lottery did not award all prizes
I think the point is being missed, the Hoosier lottery got caught cheating! With all the technology that is available, there is no excuse for the state to think prizes are still available and report them to be available on their web site when that is not the case. If I buy a MM ticket in Illinois the state of Georgia knows what numbers I have chosen. They know if they have a winner and what states it comes out of in a matter of minutes and thats not just for jackpot prizes.
