It's not a matter of publicizing their names. It's a matter of making themselves known to lottery officials. Their identity would still be kept secret from the public, but I have no problem with lottery officials making it their business to know to whom they're paying out money. The person needs to make themselves known. If rules were broken, in the claiming of this ticket, then that also needs to be made known. No money should ever be paid out in the event of fraud. True, proven results in lotto are a lot harder to come by then a sporting event, but some of those sports services aren't dealing in chump change. I knew of one in Las vegas that charged $1750 per game for a baseball game. What are people betting on the game who would pay $1750 to see what side to bet? So there was this toddler coming off an elevator in a hotel...
I dreamt last night that I was at a hotel ( a really big nice one, too) waiting on an elevator and when the doors opened, this female toddler came strolling out all alone.
