Early-Miami (3-Ball, FL) 221
I expected a double but not blind fraud. I guess the Florida State is trying to appeal to children? I'm sure CHILDREN can successfully predict these random numbers they are throwing. I should ask some a child what numbers FL is going to throw next, 123? 012? It seems like matter how hard the state tries, they can't stop the random machines from letting simple numbers come out. 088 (that wasn't enough, they had to throw AGAIN the SAME day), 080, 221, 050?

Annuity or Cash??
Cash, for sure.
But from there, where do you put it?
Some say gold, because they say that money will become worthless.
Treasuries? Will the government go bankrupt?
Some fund? How about the Madoff fund? Steady 12% gain. OOPS!
The market? Will the broker go bankrupt and lose all your money?
There is no place too big to be closed in days.
Bear Stearns, Lehman, Worldcomm. Enron, Madoff, Stanford? Bam! They're gone!
I was wondering, if I invest my money with a broker, then put

Ken Silver offers an affiliate program through click bank. Lottery system scammer Paul Conners and others also run their affiliate programs through click bank. You can run across web sites loaded with all these system offers sending you to their respective squeeze pages. IMHO click bank makes little attempt to, no let me correct that, makes no attempt to police these people, but has been known to get people's money back. Steve Player has his own web site and no affiliate program I've ever heard

2-time lottery winner's past questioned
He definitely won the $1,000, but is the $1 million claim a fraud?
The past of a Fall River man who claimed he won the lottery twice in one day is now being called into question. It turns out Phillip Brunelle, formerly known as Phillip Daggett, has been in legal trouble before for making false claims.
Brunelle said he bought a lottery ticket from a convenience store on East Main St. Sunday morning and won $1,000. He said he then went back into the convenience store, plunked down $20 for a

Lottery winner loses ticket, awarded unspent portion from couple who found it
Are half of the posters here still in the 3rd grade? If you lost your wallet would you honestly believe that whoever found it was entitled to keep it? If so I'll give you credit for consistency. If not, you obviously don't really believe that finders keepers, losers weepers is actually true. The only difference between losing a wallet and other things is that it's usually a lot easier to find the rightful owner of a wallet. I realize that it apparently comes as a complete surprise to a lot of pe

Texas woman says friend stole winning lottery ticket
This story is a summation of what *NOT* to do with a winning ticket.
If you're going to brag about it... don't be lazy, go to the Store yourself and validate it and fill a Claim Form.
Sign the ticket immediately! (duh!)
People are desperate during this Depression, and sometimes enough $ can make friendship be forgotten.
Don't hand a winning ticket even to your best friend. Only show after validation. I mean, isn't it more fun to
go to the Store yourself with it? If there was a sit

A NJ Senator claimed our $5mil winning ticket after we asked their help. Should we get it back?
from lorramil:
There is a movie coming out in November at your local theater called the Changling starring Angelina Jolie. It is set in Los Angeles in 1928. The character's son was kidnapped from his bed; the usual hunt was on and the police allegedly returned the wrong boy they claimed was her son. Supposition and Reality; a mother knows her own son. She started making waves to the papers, force, etc. that the police gave her back a stranger. They did not do DNA tests in the 20's. She embara

In Washington state, police have arrested three people on suspicion of stealing lottery scratch tickets from stores all over King and Snohomish counties, then cashing them in at other stores.
The arrests follow a week-long investigation into the suspected serial lottery ticket thefts by Kirkland police, Bothell police and King County sheriff's detectives.
The investigation began Feb. 7 after Kirkland police responded to a theft of lottery scratch tickets from a Kirkland gas station in the
