If I won the lottery I would travel to Italy. My wife and I have always wanted to go there. I would share with my children and relatives and buy a beach house. I also would give to the cancer society in the name of my Father who died from that disease and to Parkinson's research in my Mother's name she died from complications of that disease. I miss them everyday.

If I won the lottery, I would take the lump sum payout. Second, I would setup a property trust, whereby, the funds would be invested in a single blue chip stock, like Microsoft for 30 years(or more) to grow the endowment. That would be used to buy the bank mortgages that's tied to rental properties. Never own the property. Better to own it's mortgage debt portfolio.

ok wait a minute. if i'm physically located in texas and i text my buddy chad (also physically located in texas) on my mobile phone to ask him to pick me up a lottery ticket while he's out running errands or whatever, and then he gives me the ticket and i pay him back a couple bucks, does that mean one or both of us has broken texas law??
