It's easy to think it's rigged too due to always being off by one digit. I've ,years ago, done back checking on the draws of various state Pick 3 drawings just to see and ,sure enough, they were not found to be rigged. Say it is not so. If I have this straight, your predictions are based on past drawings, which have been rigged by the lottery expressly to prevent your predictions from coming true. In essence then, your predictions are based on your predictions. The solution is for you to confuse the lottery by buying massive amounts of quick picks.

Trust me I feel your pain, there have been moments where I wanted to get up here and blast NY lotto and call it rigged, But i know too many people who have won big, and they are regular folks. Those three games are drawn with physical balls in some tumbler things that aren't hooked up to a computer -- at least they don't appear to be hooked up to a computer on the videos. And cutoff is about an hour before the draw anyway, so if they were going to do some funny business, they'd have plenty of time. The lotto is rigged, but not in an obvious way. Buy the field (total number) divided by the numbers in each draw. For example, 70 numbers divided by 5 yields 14. 14 draws you purchase to cover the field. Then see how many numbers are on the ticket. You will find a lot of the numbers not in the field of your tickets.

Hadn't Tipton rigged that drawing the jackpot would continue to grow and someone probably would have won before Dawson. MUSL paid Dawson because he was the next jackpot winner.

Interesting. I have also wondered if there are actually 2 separate machines. Meaning should we really focus on mid and evening as separate or they are the same and focus draw after draw? It's supposed to be fun. But if it's rigged and have little chance of winning...that's no fun.

I guess your tiny cup of evidence couldn't hold water either. If someone continues to play the lottery that they believe to be rigged, what does that say about that person?
