We're talking about MM and PB with both games having about 300 million possible outcomes and because both games are live ball drawings, how could they rigged those drawings so just your QPs gets the second digit off? About 94% of all combos will not match any of the five drawn numbers or the bonus number so feel lucky for matching one number.

Eddie was an IT guy who rigged computer drawings in half a dozen states, dude. Have you never read about this? He got away with it for years because he passed the info to friends rather than claiming prizes himself. This is all speculation on my part and l could be wrong, but l don't see Dawson winning. The other States that were part of the Hot Lotto drawing at the time could easily say Our State residents lost money on that rigged draw, why should we now forward our money to Larry?
