RJOh, you are probably correct in that statement. RNG (Really Not Good)is not what I would call independent of human involvement. Lmao, RJOh you are right on the money, there was a girl back in the beginning of July 2015 she got kicked out she would post mostly in North Carolina how she was winning everyday both in NY and NC and she was making so much money than she was asked to post in the prediction boards or to give examples of her miracle workouts or to post her winning tickets and it got very nasty until Todd figured out she had two accounts, the things people do for attention.

Rjoh I think any system can be tweaked etc...... Whats important that you study past history and create filters according to what happens most......A skip can do 3 things 1) Repeat 2)Go higher) 3) Go lower -if you know what happens there might be already 3 numbers.
