I really don't see them winning this lawsuit. The ticket might have been confusing, but like RJOh said being confused doesn't mean that you should get money that you were never entitled to in the first place.

Sounds like a few players in PA have its 6/49 game figured out. Ohio's Classic Lotto(6/49) is at $10.5M and continues to climb $100K+ per drawing. Maybe I'm getting closer to figuring it out. That be the problem RJOh? The second prize may be having people playing more frequently trying to win that then they did under the old payout? Or maybe everybody has their certain point in which they deem the jackpot exciting enough to play for even if it's only at $20 million. I can't put my finger on it.
