Why would being forced to disclose your name make non-regular players more likely to play? That makes no sense. It's not rigged, it's just very very very difficult to win. It's not a secret. On the back of the ticket is the odds of winning.

I will admit I have not bought any lottery tickets and will not. It is because everytime I hear about the MM or PB all I can think about is how eddie tipton rigged jackpots and that alone has put me off of ever buying any ever.

It's rigged...There's no way I can see the same numbers, even the same numbers in the same day...but in exact order as the last with the other factors???? No Way The P4 Had 3461 on 9/14 day time but first 3614 9/1 in the eve....wasn't in the same order but really, they've played several repeats in the P4....Like 2227 how the often does that fall??? well it's due again so watch for it I'll start playing it again this week.

just like me. i pick OWN #s, and always will and 1x i did buy a QP for cash five, and rarely play big game pb. or mm dad think it's a hoax, rigged, when only 1 person win over100 million, he says, knowing DOZENS should and could win when its that high, and i see where he is comin' from, so he tell me CASSIE its rigged lol i do well with p4 alot of x, $$$ per year. so i do however dabble in cash 5=better odds than pb. congrats to these two blessed peop

You know it's rigged when P3 numbers go missing for over a year, like 145 right now out over 800 draws. And mathematically there is no way a number in cash 5 should go 70 draws without hitting like 13 currently is. Great info everyone thanks.

As` Right next door to MASS a chusettes i can tell you that is THE MOST corrupt state in the country bar NONE! Im sure those who win all the time have an inside connection..ive seen these GANGS going from lottery machine to lottery machine chucking money by the tons into the big money tickets when they first come out dont you wonder why the big grand prize is gone in the first week?? Isn't it obvious? one 1,2,3,4,5,6 ticket is absolutely the same as the other 1,2,3,4,5,6. But this is exactly the case. How many 1,2,3,4,5,6 tickets could you expect to be sold? could it be 13.9 M? This is again, exactly the the difference between rigged and honest lottery. One sells 13.9 M tickets which guaranteed that winning ticket was sold. The other can sell 40 M tickets and claim that there is no winning combination sold. Believe me, I would stay clear of the latter one.
