A $1.2 million jackpot-winning Hot Lotto ticket sold in Oklahoma in 2011 has been connected to a former security official of a multi-state lottery vendor accused of rigging lotteries in four different states, a lottery official said Friday.
Oklahoma Lottery Director Rollo Redburn said a criminal investigation in Iowa has been expanded to include the winning ticket sold at the Miki Mart in Idabel in November 2011.

The message is part of a sophisticated phone scam plaguing Central Texas, and is responsible for stealing millions of dollars from Americans each year.

MUSL employee arrested in Hot Lotto jackpot mystery
The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation has made an arrest in the four-year-old case involving a winning Hot Lotto ticket worth more than $16 million which the winner mysteriously decided not to claim.
Eddie Raymond Tipton, 51, of Norwalk, was arrested on Thursday. He has been charged with two counts of fraud, which are class D felonies.

question is, if it's so much fun then why wait or why just a couple bucks? It's a fun way to pay my
