Winner sues Colorado Lottery 12 years after rigged drawingReply
If he wins this what's to stop all players who played on these specific dates from a Class Action against the lottery for a refund on the specific dates in which the game was manipulated? He has a valid arugment, but as it's stated above the game was rigged on this date and he shouldn't really have won.... Should he have to return the money he won? :) In every situation where someone gets caught we should always look at the opposite side.

They need to look into all State Lotteries like Michigan. Either they are cheating or got something rigged up to take a bunch of monies. I agree. The fact that it's random means that the same number WILL sometimes repeat. If it never repeated, it would not be random -- it would be rigged. If someone says the Florida Lottery has too many repeats, then show us exactly when it repeated, and how it's too many times. (Calculate the number of repeats there should be vs. how many there actually were.)

I don't care what anybody says, I think TN lottery is rigged. It took them almost 40 minutes to post the same number from last night?? How is it you can go to a lottery retailer and ask to play 666 and they tell you you are wasting you money because that number will never come out. I ask how are you so sure and they state that a rep from the lottery told them. If a rep can tell you a number isn't coming out then it's fixed and it isn't RPG(Report Program Generator)
