My digit system for pick-5 or pick-6 lottery
Jim
The sets produced by my system are very distinctive. I also have sent screenshots of the program
showing the settings I used to produce the sets. This allows others to run the software and get
the exact results that I did. I did not do this for proof but to help people understand how I use
the software filters / digit conditional bars. If someone else can set my software using my settings
and then produce the same sets that are on the tickets I think this should be enought pro

Do U Spend More Than $500 A Week On Lottery !!
atoz
I had many more hits when MO. was still a ball drop. I do think RNG's are biased.
Not to get off the subject of this post but here is what I think. For every drawing the lottery
has thousands of people pick numbers and play them. The ticket generator then sends this
information back to the main database at the lottery. Every set of numbers they receive can
be used in many ways. I like to say that for every set they draw they get many sets back.
If I was in charge of a lott

Illinois Lottery may privatize lottery to solve budget woes
The search for revenue to help fix to the state's budget woes has put a spotlight on the Illinois State Lottery.
For more than three decades, the lottery has been a steady, reliable source of revenue for the state. Since 1985, it has brought in more than a half billion dollars annually.
But, just as other state and local governments have sold off assets to help balance their bottom line and avoid tax hikes, the lottery is now being marketed as a potential target for a hybrid brand of priva

What is the probability of this happening again?
Well, OK... here is the expansion and more than just a 3 non-consecutive flips. I've expanded it to 5 non-consecutive flips. Below is a table with just the counts. You can figure the Probability by taking the count and dividing by the value, 2n, where n is the number of flips; to get the percentage, multiply by 100. Also, I have found that the counts are related to the number of non-consecutives in determining the progression sequence. It's a play on the basic idea of the Fibonacci Sequence by e

Ohio Lottery facts and trivia as it turns 35 years old
Thirty-five years ago this summer, the newly created Ohio Lottery held its first-ever drawing, a public spectacle at Parmatown Mall that drew more than 1,000 people.
Comedian Don Rickles had originally been invited to emcee the drawing of the new Buckeye 300 weekly game, but the public had to settle for Miss Ohio World 1974 and local TV stars Big Chuck and Hoolihan.
Since then, the Ohio Lottery has turned hundreds of people into millionaires and transferred about $16 billion to Ohio's publ

Delaware legalizes sports betting
Table games are next; Maryland lawmakers worried
Standing in front a screen displaying lines for the NFL, NBA and MLB, Gov. Jack Markell Thursday signed a sports betting bill into law at a ceremony inside the VIP room at Delaware Park racetrack and casino.
After signing the legislation Markell said his administration looks forward to working with the state's three racinos to make the Delaware sports lottery as successful as possible.
There is tremendous interest in the sports lottery t

Top ten facts to consider regarding the Super bowl
Here's some Super Bowl betting stats (interesting actually), from someone calling themselves irmrbill
(I received this in an e-mail from Vegas, FYI)
Top-10 facts to consider before placing your Super Bowl bet
26 January 2009
Watching(and betting on) the Super Bowl is an American tradition, right upthere with baseball and apple pie. Actually, in my humble opinion, theSuper Bowl soars past apple pie as an American tradition. In fact, I'dlike to know who it was that made the claim

Underground Atlanta's developers have put their cards on the table to bring casino-style gaming to Georgia.

The leaseholders of city-supported Underground and Delaware horse t

Developing a winning MegaMillions System
All excellent points Stack.
As for order, we don't put numbers in numerical order from A-Z for the wheeling. The most likely (or so I think) number will go in the slot with the most occurrences, and the least likely with the least occurrences.
Our little pool is in it's early stages (2nd week) so I'm still tweaking things here and there. We don't expect our weekly $5 to show a 100% return every week or anything like that, it's just a low-budget way for everyone to increase their chances in

Lottery lightning strikes twice for Chesterfield man
When he won in the February 22, 2008, Mega Millions drawing, he joked with Virginia Lottery officials, I'll see you next time. Little did he know, there really would be a next time.
Three months later, the same lucky lottery player was back at Lottery headquarters with another Mega Millions ticket worth $250,000.
When asked about his amazing luck, Mr. Branch replied, I really can't explain it!
Mr. Branch matched the first five
