If you are Illegal and play lottery shouldn't they learn the rules on collection
It doesn't go far enough?
It's not left enough?
Holy Moly.
You're right, it's useless, we'll agree when hell freezes over.
We're bankrupt and have been borrowing money from the Chinese to pass out to people in hopes it will bring the economy back. It didn't work. It never will work. There's not a chance in hell it will work. It's been proven it won't work. Most of it was used to pay off people for their votes or for groups like ACORN to conduct voter fraud. That money became nothing

Cheated lottery winner files lawsuit
A Dallas-area man who Travis County prosecutors say had his $1 million lottery ticket stolen by a convenience store clerk in 2009 has sued the Texas Lottery Commission and others in hopes of recovering all of his winnings.
Lawyers for Willis Willis, a retired Grand Prairie maintenance man, filed the suit in state District Court in Travis County last week against the lottery commission, GTECH Corp, which runs the lottery, and the owner of a convenience store where Willis bought his ticket.

Statistics around the balance of even/odd and small/big numbers
Team RL-RANDOMLOGIC / STACK47,
The context for these 5 quotes is in your post above.
I wait until I see all the markers that lead up to an event and then I play.
If as I say that the drawings are not as random as you think and given that the probability and odds are based entirely on a random selection, then the stats will not always be correct.
I don't say that there is no element of randomness just that it is not as random as you think.
Catching these events and playing t

Statistics around the balance of even/odd and small/big numbers
...what you should to... ??
Sorry, I'm not planning on leaving just yet RL-RANDOMLOGIC.
You just can't deal with the hard questions, can you? You see, you THINK that I don't understand what you're doing, or what you're saying. You THINK. You THINK that you know all about statistics and that your methods don't fall within their purview. You claim that you do very well, but because your method is so complex, requiring so much of the human element, that it's just not realistic for anyone to

Man files 27 lawsuits over alleged lost lottery ticket
Finders keepers, losers weepers? Not in Isaac Mendez's book.
Seven years ago, the former Jersey City resident lost a lawsuit in which he claimed to be the original purchaser of a $4 million New Jersey lottery ticket. But that court defeat hasn't stopped Mendez from pursuing the millions he claims is rightfully his.
On Sept. 16, 2002, a New Jersey Pick 6 lottery ticket was sold from the Sunshine Grocery store in Hoboken.
Mendez, who lived in Jersey City at the time, claimed he bought the

A National Lottery During Our Lifetime
A search for History of lotteries in america turns up a lot of interesting information.
Here's one of many hits:
TThe History of Lottery in America
The History of Lottery in America
The lottery history in the United States goes back to the colonial times, when Virginia and other colonies were organizing lotteries to get funds for financing all kinds of public works. The lottery money built the roads and bridges, schools, churches and hospitals. Education was also helped a great deal

Fooled by Randomness
Stack47,
I pretty much answered how systems are created from back testing and acknowledged the fact had the 527 birthday boy played that number from the beginning, he would have probably lost money. Haven't seen all the systems but the majority I have seen are based on past drawings so of course they'll show a profit after the fact.
This is a very common approach in the stock trading System business too. They optimize the parameters of their system on a particular time frame and then rep

My digit system for pick-5 or pick-6 lottery
RL,
All of your detail here is of little value without the secret, proprietary ingredient you allude to. However, I don't blame you for hiding it if your system is really successful.
You seem to be saying that yours is a hands on system, requiring a lot of user intervention, perhaps for every play, and therefore, is not amenable to automated backtesting. As a computer analyst/programmer, you surely would know it is possible to write a backtester with enough variable parameters that you cou
