Why do people give away their lottery system?
Well said RJOH. I think I have the same problem too, I matched the jackpot number every month but I'm always a penny short. I have the worst of luck.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Sad but so true RJOh, I would just go to the lottery office but its a little out of the way I usually go each day on my travels. If I ever do more than these I will gladly go out of my way though. I have been down there and they are quite cool about accepting money.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Good eye x1kosmic, I dont think even RJOh has been able to make use of the pairs. It would be nice if they could be predicted because 2 fixed numbers in a field of 28 would reduce the combination total from 98.820 down to 2600.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Thanks RJOh, How far I can go back in the previous result will be determined in large part by how many elimination numbers I use. In the example I had to use 15.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Thanks RJOh, I like those odds. 5 of 5, 16% of the time would be 6 times BETTER than stated odds. If I can hit 5 of 5 half that often it would be about every 12-13 draws which is very close to what Stack has been saying would be a good average.

excel
RJOH if you can program in GWBasic you can use VBA. just a few differences and you are there. I used to do everything in GWBasic, had a little problem with some simple things at first. fellow LP'ers helped. VBA is easier than GWbasic, 80% or more of the syntax is the same. getting information in and out is different, but easier once you understand it, and it will work with any version of windows.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
So true RJOh, and as I said the key is going to be hitting the bonus ball with some frequency. No matter how many times we hit 5 of 5 using 28 numbers we Will not come out ahead without hitting the bonus.
