Can you SMELL that PA STENCH?
Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy.
I'm not gonna do a search of all your posts just to prove that you refuse to take responsibility for all your PA Cash 5 posts where you criticize the superior 5/39 game instead of this dismal 5/43 game. That's YOUR responsibility. I'm only responsible for holding you accountable!
But for the sake of LP readers, let's look at your post a week or so ago, one which you have yet to own or take responsibility for or defend!
Apparently realizing that PA lacked a class

Contractors steal $70,000 in lottery prize money
Computer system breached; technicians printed bogus tickets, investigators allege
D.C. officials were told last year that lax enforcement of security procedures made it possible for a handful of contract employees to steal tens of thousands of dollars in lottery tickets and prize money, according to records released this week in response to a Freedom of Information Act request filed with the D.C. Lottery and Charitable Games Control Board.
An investigation conducted by Battelle Memorial I

Lottery conducts 'mandatory investigation'
Many store owners dream of making a lot of money with their business.
Blair Knutson did it the unconventional way he bought a Lotto 6/49 ticket from the grocery store he owns in Gimli, Man.
The purchase made the owner of G C Grocery $16 million richer.
In case that raised any eyebrows, officials with the Western Canada Lottery Corp. quickly announced they have conducted a mandatory investigation and have determined Knutson is the rightfu

Opponents of lottery say 'I told you so'
A database consultant alleges the N.C. Lottery didn't deliver the money promised
By Frank Koconis
The N.C. Education Lottery has been in operation for barely a year, and so far the state has seen little benefit from it. The promised boost in education funding is much smaller than expected, and for certain programs, nonexistent. Even worse, some of the ominous predictions of those who originally opposed the lottery appear to be coming true.
The lottery simply isn't bringing in nearly as

Today's Topic: When a glitch hits the lottery
Our View
Any game of chance needs a high level of trust.
Trust was missing during a recent stretch in the Tennessee Lottery when players who bet on digits showing up more than once were literally shut out of a chance to win because of a computer glitch. The glitch meant that people who bet on repeating numbers in the Cash 3 and Cash

Tenn. Lottery says duplicate numbers drawn were legit; can we be sure?
from the article:
Kym Gerlock, vice president of communications for the Tennessee Lottery, said the reappearance of number 940 was random chance.
It was not an error. It's rare, but it does happen, Gerlock said. Each drawing is a totally separate instance and one is not related to another.

OMG It's horrible.
Excellent point, Uncle Jim, and thanks for catching that glaring oversight.
The figures, no matter how one juggles them, just don't add up at the Hoosier Lottery, and I believe that's one reason they're so secretive about their sales data; giving up that information would pretty much seal their coffins.
In 2004, we did manage to get some sales records, but their official figures (the ones published in their annual report) were vastly different and much lower than those we receive

Winning retailers named by B.C. Lottery Corporation
The B.C. Lottery Corporation has gone public with the names of its lottery retailers who have won major prizes, following this week's scathing report by the B.C. ombudsman into lottery irregularities.
The report said lottery officials have failed to protect consumers from possible fraud by ticket retailers, citing examples of retailers winning thousands of dollars at a much higher rate than that of the public at large.
Some of the retailers being named by the corporation are speaking out,
