Hits & Shift Method
Some clarification for this poll:
I added some more options compared to the poll opened by wannawin24 , b/c i'm really pretty much dying to find out more about this.
For players that play more than 1 state, just select the option that represents the amount of hits you score on average for the best performing state.
For players that play one state, same goes ofcourse, just select the option that represents the amount of hits you score on average for your state.
It would be really grea

This is why I love the LP so much. Great ideas being thrown around, like the ones Justxploring so eloquently described.
Happy Happy.......

JXP: I'm with you on the gender thing. It kinda helps with communication for me anyway...
Good poll...... pretty soon you will have LottoMike shaking in his boots if you keep doing polls like this.

I hope I'm doing this correctly. It's my first poll.
I know many of us enjoy our anonymity and others have personal blogs and/or sites with photos. I've always enjoyed knowing the sex of the person with whom I'm communicating and a lot of LP members don't even have gender indicated in their profiles.
Once someone asked about our ages, another time we were asked about our education, and once I remember someone asking us to state our income bracket. Except for people taking a survey or do

The English Language (What, another poll?)
I was about to start a new poll when this thread came up on the active topics. So, I may just as well ask my question here. This is a question that has been bugging me for sometime now.
My question is this: Can you tell, just from reading of one's posts, whether or not that poster's first language is English?
For me, I can tell most of the time, but not all the time. I can usually tell from the poster's choice of words and expressions, and from his sentence construction.

The reason for this poll is to continue the never-ending debate about cash and annuity. Do you ever get tired of the debate or do you truely have no life?
I have a job. It's at an A P supermarket. Yes, we sell lottery tickets, and I like to tell customers that NY Lotto is a ripoff, and certain scratch games are verboten.

Player confusion leads to early end for N.C. lottery game
Let's have a poll: is the North Carolina Lottery overrated and overreported?
Yes: 100 percent.
No: 0 percent.
(1 vote so far, mine!)

Lottery Poll
I've always wondered about those who say they'd start a business of they won a big jackpot. When you're in business you're married to it and give it a lot of time.
Also, those who say they'd keep working at their job - if a regular working slob hits a jackpot I think they'd be obligated to free the job up for someone who really needs it.
I voted change my phone number in the poll - if I could remain anonymous I'd stay put, if not I'd probably go to the mattresses and disappear fo

Education level
Well, it's my first poll here. I was just curious if highly educated people who have the qualifications to get high paying jobs were lottery players.
I've always worked with my hands to make ends meet.
Since I've learned a little about computers and programming, I have my sights on living off of these lotteries.
I'm becoming more and more convinced each day that with the right programs and a little faith and patience it can be done.
