you could even create a database of the different numbers that have played from 18 + or 17 + and that have a spread of 9-14 and check which numbers have played the most or which numbers are due more likely and thus prepared yourself for the next comming event... you could even look at the delta lotto number or difference numbers between each number and its adjacent number and create a year or 2 year database or even more years and create a database with algorithms and check which combination

If almost a third of the numbers are doubles wouldn't one expect them to average out every month from somewhere like 18 to 26 doubles drawn. While this is not an accurate way of predicting the next outcome I've read on here that a zero in the last number drawn leads to doubles and a double number leads to another double being drawn. I've checked this in a lot of states and it does happen often not every time. Something to consider when selecting numbers is to add a double for this event,

Well the players of cash 3 and 4 are always the last to know anything in Tn .ie switching to RNG ,# of winners, pre-draw results ,lucky sum, rng mess up when no doubles were drawn.Tn cares about making money,all lotteries do.However, I feel like whoever manages the web site is not doing a very good job.It takes forever for Tn to post results .Draw times are supposed to be 1:28 pm est and 728 est .The eve draw is usually right on time ,but the mid day draw can be shown at or as late as 1:55pm.

First off, the numbers are random. I have accept and live with that. The biggest factor or problem with powerball is the odds. That is why the keep increasing the darn number of balls. Picking 1 exact number out of 195,000,000 is impossible when in reality guessing what number somebody is think of b/w 1 and 100 only gets you close at best most of the time.
