So what happens to Larry Dawson's lawsuit? If I was on a jury for this (which I am not sure it is a jury trial?) I would award him 1/2 of the amount as this is PROOF that it was rigged but again it is unknown if someone else would have hit.

The money was probably returned to the participating states, but Larry Dawson is arguing because he was the next jackpot winner, he should get the money. The MUSL is arguing Dawson does not have legal standing to sue because his claimed injury is merely speculative and hypothetical, and therefore cannot be redressed. It's easy to say that Dawson was merely speculating because every player that buys a ticket in any lottery game is speculating they will win the jackpot. MUSL proved the 1/29/20

So how is it they won so much money, if the game is suppose to be a random drawing after tickets are bought. It's rigged yall. If too many people are on the same number or numbers that number will not fall. If it did, they would have to payout to much money. The best way to hit is to pick a number that not very many people are playing. Picking such a number is to pick the coldest numbers, not the hottest. It just make common sense. Wouldn't you agree. js

Right before the blowup with Hot Lotto being rigged, I was considering driving up to OK to buy advanced tix. Now? I'll just let that game go. Not playing any RNG game. I've got plenty of games to choose from here in TX.

So my question is WHY can't they use the same machine for the second drawing as well? Answer: So they can screw us more with another machine that is rigged for a day draw to throw us off. No WAY numbers could follow a pattern like that. Good job NCEL, you have now officially screwed your loyal normal player base, more than usual.

Thanks Vergie --I did actually see the pre-draw list you posted before but I appreciate that you went thru the trouble to do that for me. The thing is we don't win money when our numbers fall in pre-draws and it just seems odd that in almost 4 years, certain numbers can't seem to make it to a live draw but others can repeat 3 or 4 times a month. At any rate, I hope 223 crawls out at some point because the longer it goes, the more suspicious it looks. I'm in several lottery groups on social media

I too believe they are going to be hit with a lot of lawsuits. I'm waiting for them to be hit with either a class action suit or a civil suit, that represents the Iowa every day players. This is going to get very interesting. Tipton his friends won jackpots . Top prizes over time again again. Which means the Iowa's every day players get rip- off again again. This lottery integrity when down the drain the minute this story became national news. Every day players should been real salty about this.
