Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
Twenty years. Same numbers. Winning next to nothing. I am astounded that you played the same numbers for twenty years. I am impressed by your persistence and patience. I am actually curious. Did you play the same numbers for Powerball, Mega Millions, and the other lotteries in your state? I would think that those numbers would eventually at least come close to win a smaller prize in one of those games over that length of time. I used to get excited when jackpots where high. No

Three $1 million winning Powerball lottery tickets sold at the same New York store
Although it's theoretically possible for each ticket to have been a QP, that's so highly unlikely that it's just plain crazy to think that's what actually happened. The retailer probably sold only a few thousand PB tickets for that drawing. To make it simple let's call it 11,688 tickets, or 1 for every 1000 5+0 combinations. That makes the odds of one ticket winning a 5+0 prize 1 in 1000. The odds of 3 winning tickets is then 1 in 1 billion. Based on NY's total sales and the number of retai

Texas trust claims second half $1.8 billion Powerball lottery jackpot
Did the winner have to form a trust to claim the prize? There's no reason that a winner would be required to form a trust or an LLC to claim a prize but there are plenty of good reasons to do it. Among other things, both are separate legal entities (you remember corporations are people, my friend ?) so the actual winner has access to the deep pockets but doesn't actually have deep pockets that are potentially accessible to anyone who files a lawsuit. It also lets you avoid probate. the

Kindness is never wasted! 😊
One day, Rob Smith was standing in line at the store when the person in front of him turned around and said, Hey, stranger! Here, this ticket is for you. I m feeling lucky today, maybe you will be too! Rob took the ticket, thanked the stranger, and jokingly said, If I win, I ll buy you a spaceship. Fast forward to the next day, Rob checked the numbers and guess what? He WON! He quickly called the stranger to share the news, but the stranger answered with a laugh, Sorry, already inv

Does Lottery Software work?
I aim for the truly impossible goals. I play one ticket for any game. I also use Python to explore ideas, and to back test. The challenges when restricting yourself to one combo mean you surely do not win as much, but I am at the lowest budget possible. I am fully aware that playing more tickets is the only way to slightly bend the odds in my favor, but I am cheap. I have more fun coding in Python than actually playing. It can be frustrating when trying to determine the next combo, even

Does Lottery Software work?
The reason lottery software does not work is because the draws are memoryless . We can analyze past draws ad nauseum, but whatever was found does not carry into the future draws. Even a Markov Chain generator applies probability to the future possible states... why this fails in the lottery is that it is an independent event with no dependency on past or future events. None. I can make my own losing number picking systems for free (I do it all the time), I would never pay someone else to cre

Kentucky: 10/1 - 10/31/2025
Thank you, Diamond Dan502!! I've been a member for quite awhile but have never posted before this. I don't bet often either. However, I've noticed how well you've done with your picks since you started posting. I've beaten myself up for not playing your recommendations. Today I read your picks about forty minutes before the midday drawing. I bet $2 on a straight/box of 502. I was elated when the 025 came up! Since I never won Pick 3 before, I assumed it was a $40 win. I got an email fr

Florida's PICK 5 & Fantasy 5
An article from NBC6 South Florida on the 88888 coming out: Over 170 Floridians won the Pick 5 during Tuesday night's drawing, but what made the drawing unique was that the winning numbers were all the same. The winning numbers in Tuesday night's drawing were 8,8,8,8,8, with 5 as the Fireball number. With 177 players winning the Pick 5, the Florida Lottery paid out $7 million. The following chart shows the breakdown of the winners and payout: According to
