Quick Picks
I voted "sometimes."
Check out LOTTOMIKE's "quick pick or your own numbers" poll - you'll find lots of useful information posted in that thread.

states with no lottery
I voted "arkansas." That state seems to have the most activity at the moment. See the news article "AG certifies proposed amendment for casinos, lottery."
However, I doubt that any of the states listed in this poll will have a lottery within the next five years, if ever. Certainly not Alabama. If you think the fight over the lottery in North Carolina was ugly, just wait until it's brought up again here.

bringing up past topics for new members
I voted "yes bring up past topics for new members sometimes."
I also think it's ok to "bump" older threads that are not locked IF they are about a topic that would be of interest to newer members ( for example, the "quick pick or your own numbers" poll ).
I agree with Todd that it is also important that people use the Search feature to find out what was said before.

International Lottery
Got this question on my mind after checking out the poll on Online Lottery posted by atl1. How many members here play international lotteries over the internet?
For me, I play on the local lottery all the time and will join in the Australian Super 7 and Powerball when I get emails from ozlotteries.com (they'll send out emails when huge jackpot prizes are up fro grab)
What about you?

What all this money means to ME is....
Money means different things to different people.
This is more than just a poll...it's your chance to examine and express your True NATURE !!!
Please COMMENT about your choice..... (except for the bubble-heads who choose "rolling paper"... enough said.)

pick 3 and pick 4 system
Sorry, this is a strange poll...
The possible answers do not match the question.
Plus, several answers are possible at the same time...

Searching for something
The "new" search is terrific, I liked it right from day 1. I find that I use the USERNAME topic the most, by far. However, when you open up search, the FORUM topic is the default.
So I am curious, just what is the most used topic?
Todd, I know you are busy with other coding and this is not a priority, but maybe based on the poll results you could make the most used topic the default? (Of course, it may already be the default - LOL).
