The Iowa Lottery presented Kemp with a large, $1 million check Monday morning around 11:00 a.m. He came close to winning at least a share of Saturday's $110 million jackpot by matching the first five numbers but missing the Powerball, according to a news release. They gave him his money because he had his ticket and some other proof.

To recklessly endanger the player by requiring them to release their name should be illegal. Sooner or later the terrorists will start kidnaping winners for ransom and homeland security will probably tell the relatives not to pay it. Anonymity should be required. I have a pick-3, pick-4 version that also has a version of the steps. These steps are converted directly from the game digits and not lexie conversion is needed. I have started working on a version to release here on LP but it will be a while. I think a predictor for the p-3, p4 steps is also doable. RL
