Exactly. They gave the hen house keys to the top fox, then they wonder why he's getting fat. No over sight, and apparently no independent audit. And of course Iowa legislators were satisfied with the investigation (BY TIPTON!), they have no idea what they are doing most of the time anyway! That $16.3M should be awarded to the next legitimate winner after the rigged drawing. Hopefully, this will get rid of RNG's for good.

If you're referring to the man who rigged, the Iowa games. His case is not totally settled yet. They're still look at other game he may have done. Which means more charges. Any up -dates in his case. The games are rigged and that is EXACTLY what they want you to do so they make an extra $1.00 off of you. Close the gap, have 539, play 529, 549, 520, 549 etc for .50 each. Remember, a small win is better than none at all.

2010 was also before 1-off came into play for an extra 1.00. Alice and the minions have become extra greedy since then. On the video, did not hear anything. Guessing they edited it out and re-posted video. Of course it is rigged, has been since 1-off came into play about 2 years ago!
