Because of an editing error, I left out a word. The first sentence but that 140 really has my attention it has history with the 887 should have the word because in it so that it reads but that 140 really has my attention because it has history with the 887. When it comes to doing partial QP's, one thing people in NY forget to do is to fill in the 'QP' box on the playslip. That has to happen!! If you don't mark it, and you don't have five boxes colored in, the terminal will reject the playslip and give the clerk an error message of insufficient number of boxes marked . In which case, the clerk will hand the playslip back to you, and tell you to color in more boxes until five are marked. G5

Update: So, the neuralnetwork has been trained up to an error of 0, correctly guessing all the 1200 drawings in the history. The forecasted drawing however turned out to be simply not the winning one (and quite far from the winning one too!).
