Ok this is what i had long suspected with scratch tickets.. The lottery folks know where the winning scratch tickets end up going to within the state.. There is a reason as to why they are called RNGs. It is because RNG stands for Rigged Numbers Game. Once the Michigan Daily Keno went from ball draws to RNGs the number of top prize winners was cut about in half!

Thanks MzD Beachlife. Molott just brings out the cynicism in us. They know they are supposed to drop numbers in certain number categories within a given time frame (if the environment is truly random - of course we know it's in fact rigged in part by their shuffling of the RNGs and inputting different seed algorithms). It's not rigged. At least that's what i believe. However, I wonder if it's possible for LP admin to acquire video footage of the drawing from start to finish. I'm sure it's boring and all that but it would go far in educating us on what takes place. They say people can apply to be witnesses but what about those who live hours away? Avideo would be nice.
