What is a lottery system? What distinguishes a lottery system from guesses, dreams and quick picks?
if i were you, i would head for the exit door too.
doesn't it get even a little bit embarassing when i highlight your purposeful lies without a conscience?
guess not, because you are still at it in your most recent insinuation above.
like i stated....i never said anyone made that particular statement or claim.
what i did say (and you purposefully left out) was that you guys keep saying SP's can beat QP's in the extraction for profit game, and whenever you guys made that statement wit

Statistically Speaking - QP's and PP's
Just go ahead and try your scenario in a real court and see where it gets you .
i would welcome that so fast, i would have to apologize to all the people i pushed out of the way while making my way to a front row seat in that scenario.
Your lack of improving your grammar proves stupidity as well
ESPECIALLY in this case, i am really digging the fact that my grammar is sub-standard to yours, because i would much rather have less grammar skills, then to spill my integrity into the gutte

Friend charged with hiding lottery winner's death
This is truly a sad story. I was praying he went away and would contact his mother and the authorities to say he just needed to escape from those snakes around him. it was really fishy for him to sell his house to his finacial planner for $ 200,000 less than he purchased it. A legitimate financial planner could not purchase the property from him if she's also entrusted with managing his accounts.
I think the police know just what they're doing. Charge her with a lesser crime, get her to telll

When you buy a lottery ticket do you prayer that you win the Jackpot?
There is no verse in the Bible that says You shall not gamble .
So what does the Bible say about the purchase of lottery tickets?
Gambling shows a lack of faith in God's provision for our needs. Honest labor is the means that God has ordained for us to provide for our needs and the needs of others (Exodus 20:8). In Matthew 6:25-34, Jesus encouraged His disciples not to worry about the future. He promised that the heavenly Father would take care of them as He took care of the birds an

NYS lotto Scratch off's (DIRTY SECRET) information that is not revealed to the public-SCAM OR NOT?
Hi Sam,
As a lottery player and huge scratch off ticket fan living in Brooklyn, I have long questioned the ethics of NYS lottery officials. I buy the $10 tickets and have NEVER won more $1000 on one ticket. When I think about all of the tickets I've purchased over the years - and given the systems odds, well....
There was a tv show on Dateline NBC a few weeks ago about lottery scams in California, and NY was asked if they'd like to participate - and they declined. No surprise there.
The

man and woman who approached me with million dollar scratchoff
You did a wonderful thing, sir, and that's because you were (and still are) a good person with good values and something sorely lacking in this world-- ethics.
To me, a sincere and genuine or heartfelt thank you is worth more than a million bucks (yes, you read that correctly, readers of LP).
Sadly, ingratitude is rampant and many actions done kindly for others-- from minor to major-- are not acknowledged. The failure to acknowledge another human being who has extended her or himself, in

Nevada lottery plan approved by committee
A Nevada Assembly panel voted Thursday to back a plan for a lottery in the nation's No. 1 gambling state, despite arguments that it would compete with slot machines and other games of chance.
The Elections, Procedures, Ethics and Constitutional Amendments Committee voted 7-3 to send AJR7, the latest version of a plan that has failed about two dozen times since the 1970s to win legislative approval, to the full Assembly.
Let the voters decide, said freshman Assemblyman Paul Aizley, D-Las V

Arkansas Lt. Gov. pushes lottery proposal
Four times members of Lt. Gov. Bill Halter's staff have traveled to various corners of Arkansas to speak about the lottery proposal.
When college has never been more important to Arkansas, it's also never been more expensive. Halter says Arkansas needs more college graduates. And the way to fund that is to keep some of the dollars flying out of Arkansas to neighboring states lottery games.
Halter says, In Texas alone they raised more than a billion dollars for education last year off of t

Arkansas watches as Tenn rethinks lottery scholarships
The so-called Truth Campaign against the lottery measure was preparing to distribute church sermon outlines to pastors and bulletin tracks against the measure, the group announced at a news conference April 22, 2008. Cox said that the campaign could expand to include television, radio, and newspaper advertising but that the group will start with 10,000 churchgoers already on its mailing lists.[1]
Cox added, But it's going to take more than simply the religious, churchgoing community, I believ

Are there any atheist/agnostic jackpot winners?
Atheists, and I am one, tend to be rationalists.
Rationalists would tend not to play the lottery, although I play the lottery.
Atheists, in spite of what George H.W. Bush might wish to represent, are actually human beings, (and actually have ethics) and in spite of their best intentions, still do irrational things, like play the lottery.
I play the lottery mostly because the improbability of winning the lottery is not quite as improbable as things which already exist. But I'm actually
