Where do you do your ticket shopping?Reply
I drive by a convenience store that sells lottery tickets and go a few blocks more to a locally owned liquor store to buy them, mainly because the store that sells the winning ticket gets a bonus and the convenience store is a corporation based in N. Mexico while the liquor store is locally owned. Sometimes I use the vending machine at the grocery store, but not often.

No lines in Boise at 1:30 today. I went to a vending machine at Rite Aid first, then a likker store. Walked by a Stinker and only 1 car there so probably no lines there either.

Why are my QPs so crappy?
I'm not sure what the deal is but whenever I get a QP, I often get 5 out of 6 odd or even numbers, all high numbers, all low numbers, or a lot of numbers that begin or end with the same digit like 02 03 31 39 60 03. It happens at different stores and from the cashier or ticket vending machine. Does this happen a lot to anyone else on here?

I went back to the store tonight and I was able to play the numbers that I wanted (I just filled another play slip). I also bought a QP from the ticket vending machine.

A funny thing happened on the way to cash my $40 winner from yesterday....I noticed I again had a lot of ones in my wallet so I loaded up the scratcher vending machine, got 5 $2 scratch-offs (only won $2 on one of those) and this $5 ticket, good for $60:

I went by Publix this morning to cash in my Lucky Money winning tickets and the cashier was putting a fresh roll of the new $25 in the counter display. I purchased the first 4 from that roll, all losers. Walked over the Lottery vending machine, purchased 2 more new $25s, 2 Gold Rush $20, 2 Gold Rush $10. All losers. Lost my butt today. I hope I win something with my Lotto, Fantasy Five and Powerball tickets tonight to make up for it.
