I don't plan it that way ... sometimes it just happens. One day a few weeks ago I had a straight winner on my bet slip but I came back inside to get a bottle of water for someone who was working outside. It was a really, really hot day! I thought, what are the chances that I'm going to win anyway ? It was buy tickets or get the man water; I didn't have enough time to do both. So when I saw him sitting on the steps, I came back inside to get the water. I would have won close to $500 that day. I s

Post your scratch ticket results
I haven't heard about the raffle, GameGrl. I'm sure someone knows!
I think Winner Take All is REALLY streaky - maybe even often has 9 to 10 losers in a row like my Lucky Cherry Slots roll had. I know I've tried #025-029 multiple times on Winner Take All with nothing. Sometimes you can definitely notice patterns: I was happy Mega Multiplier #028 won even though it was just $20, since the last time I won in the last 5 tickets on a Multiplier roll was when the game first came out - #026 won $100

Hi, dr65!
You'd think at different stores, you would at least get different results on losing numbers. But #090-094 BWS is giving $0 everywhere. #004 and #005 Winner Take All are giving $0 everywhere I go. Same for #035 Winner Take All. #007 Cash Fever was back to losing, even at Wawa where it had won once. #012 also seems unlucky on many games. And #125-129 have even given $0 multiple times on Whole Lotta Hundreds. They randomize the winners, yet some losing numbers seem to stay the same. It

Best advice put all your scratchers in your pocket winner or loser and cash out in another store. They should leave you alone then.
I outsmarted one the other day. I bought multiple losing tickets of FMC with me to the store and placed them on the stand. Keep in mind I just won $100 from the previous ticket on the roll. My goal was to see if this one Publix worker picks up the losers, sees 5 of them and buys the next ticket on the roll. Well thats just what he ended up doing. He actually boug

Money, Money, Money and no Honey
One thing that was not mentioned is that besides the better prizes, you get better odds. Usually the overall odds improve with more expensive games. Not always with every game, but in general. I won most of my $100 winners on $10 and $20 tickets. Keep in mind that in Georgia, I did win $100 on a $1 ticket, but that was odds of 1 in 4,800. Not likely to happen again. For roughly the same odds, you could win up to $1,600 on a $10 ticket. 10X the money, but 16X the payout, or 60% more for every dol

Second Chance Drawings
We have about half a dozen second chance games that may be entered into here in GA. My favorite is the $20 game, Maximum Green. It has a top prize of $5,000,000, and all non winners can enter online, for a chance to win $10,000 in a second chance drawing. There are supposedly 10 winners picked each month. Note that I have entered this second chance drawing multiple times, without spending a penny. Now I will give you my dirty little secret. I pick out clean tickets from the trash at lotto retail

QP's & FP's for NY Take 5
I thought about it, and I now know why the person that won the JP played those numbers 5 times. He defeated the pari-mutual division of a first place prize.
The NY Lottery's website shows 7 first place winners of $11,493.50 each. But in actuality there were only 3 winners. (Assuming it was only one person who played the same set of 5 numbers 5 times.)
Had the 5 time winner bought only one set of five, he'd have collected $26,818.17 $11,493.50 X 7 = $80,454.50, which is the total JP amount

why is it better to play $5QP instead of $1QP,$2QP,$3QP, 0r $4QP at mega millions and powerball?
Well, I've done it all. 1QP on one ticket....5QP'S on one ticket...3 on one ticket, etc. When the jackpot is really big I've even used the same slip for a quick pick at 2 or 3 different stores...and what did it get me? Maybe 3 bucks was won.
I've also noticed that if I pick my own numbers on one line and quick pick the rest of the lines on the same slip...the QP numbers tended to copy my picked numbers....so then I started using separate slips. Trying to figure out a strategy is beyond me!

Five-time lottery winner accused of taking ticket from group
It will be up to the courts to decide if a Calgary-area man's amazing run of lotto luck will continue.
Seguro Ndabene of Airdrie, just north of Calgary, has already won the lottery four times in the past five years including two wins of $1 million, another of $100,000 and a fourth prize of $50,000.
But his biggest win of all $17 million in a Super 7 draw back in January is being disputed.
Ndabene's claim as sole winner is being questioned by a man who alleges the winning ticket was part
