DC Raffle Sales...Not Too Good!Reply
My wife and I went yesterday to the DC Lottery Raffle Drawing. No winners for me (or any of the 50 or so people on hand), but it was interesting. They had nice breakfast items, coffee, oj, pastries, etc. and gave us some scratch-offs (won $33 total for the two of us), gift bag with goodies, etc. The bad part was the room was very hot and it took awhile for the event to start and then for the numbers to be generated.
