QUINTO (Washington state)
I'm just filling out play slips for Quinto's sat. nite draw.$1.9 million cashpot, odds : 1 to 2.6 million. If the state lottocommission were to change Quinto's format, I feel they would also change the structure of the game. Just like lotteries everywhere that have undergone changes, the lottery commission would most likely make the game harder to win. If person were to change the 5/52 game, based on a deck of playing cards, to #'s, Numbers 1-52, you could enter them in your software program, t

QUINTO (Washington state)
Cash,I just voted in your poll. I would like mention another position about Quinto. I would like show some reasoning pro-Quinto here. From the probability standpoint whatever is printed on the 52 balls does obviously not matter. Whether they are cards, girls names, boys names, famous Fifties Rockabilly Stars, Car Brands, Numbers or whatever does not have any impact on the outcome. We know though the general problem with numbers. One of the first Numbers Lottery games still used in many countries (

Helping others learn how to win
Stack47, I'm ok with answering your questions, but be fair and answer my questions or share your strategy. Wouldn't you agree all are better served if we discussed how to win? The purpose of the poll was to [once again] flush out the experts and have a meeting of the minds and a sharing of winning ideas. Still confused why I'm the only one sharing my ideas/strategies. Nevertheless, if this is a community discussion shouldn't we be talking about how to win? I think most would agree we all know

Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
Hello again everyone. I've missed everyone and been gone for far too long. Life seems to happen sometimes. I had to let go of all the lottery work I had been doing and, well, to be honest, I WISH I knew what has happened. Life happened is all I can say. I am back at it again now though and my head first, all or nothing mentality makes me jump right in head first. It's all I know. I know where this poll is going to start off. I just wanted to see if there are any real believers out there still/ye

After the big win (5 million or more)
Are you reading any of these posts? Several people in here mention thanking God for their hypothetical lottery win. The poll itself lists God in it. Really? OH MY GOD! The above quote by you from your previous post is the crux of your argument and the centerpiece of your whining so stop lying about it and trying to run away from it. (You know I'll keep reposting it for you). Quite unbelievably for people who might not know how you whiners work is that you now say this: Anyo

Poll Number #3
Now, I'm sure you're all wondering how France's Loto works. Well, it's interesting, almost Pennsylvania-like. Let me explain Pick 6 of 49. Two plays for 1.20 euro. Two draws each, every Wednesday and Saturday. Every play bought is good for the two draws that night. You can win twice on each line. Following amounts apply to both draws. Match Prize (Euro) 6 Avg. 1,000,000 5+Bonus Avg. 10,000 5 Avg. 1,000 4+Bonus Avg. 40 4 Avg. 20 3 + BonusAvg.

The possibilities for fraud in RNG games
KYFloyd: Regardless of what you might find, there's alway a possibility of fraud, but how much does it take to raise a reasonable suspicion? 12 of the 22 people who voted in this poll believe there's cause for suspicion. They probably believe suspicion's reasonable. They probably believe the reason their suspicions are reasonable is based upon the historical evidence that human beings have a weakness for theft, fraud, deceit, imbezzlement, whenever large amounts of money are inv

Powerball lottery being considered in Wyoming
In the latest push to make Wyoming a Powerball state, an interim legislative committee on Monday authorized legislation allowing Wyoming to join the multi-state lottery. Individual lawmakers have sponsored Powerball bills in past legislative sessions, but this marks the first time a committee will formally introduce a bill of its own. A Casper Star-Tribune poll of voters earlier this year showed that 62 percent support Powerball in Wyoming. The poll margin of error was 4 percent. The w

Newspaper takes a hard look at the N.J. Lottery
They call her the Queen of the Lottery. Her realm: the North Broad Foodmart, a convenience store behind a gas station off Route 22 in Hillside. One evening, as the queen, aka Pat Howard, an insurance agent who lives in Newark, waits in line for the green machine, someone asks how much she spends. Maybe $20, $30 a day, she says.At this, the crowded store falls silent. Then, all at once, everyone laughs. After the queen is finished with her order, store manager Rashmi Patel spins a swivel scre
