Since you can chose whichever combination you want in any store you want, most people already knew it can be won anywhere. It's just the morons who think it's rigged because states that sell the most tickets tend to produce more winners that don't know. That said, a store that's right off of route 17 probably sells a lot more tickets than one a mile up the road in Circleville, and the winner might be from NYC, Long Island or NJ.

So, California wins because the state is large and there are many people playing. We are also right next to Nevada and the state does not allow the retailing of lottery tickets. ya i tried pick 10 but sometimes i aim to get no numbers due to the fact that its 4 bucks to win. Its real hard to get more than 6 numbers to for some reason :/. ya take 5 is a way better game no doubt. Just wondered cause lotto has 2 for the price of 1 and its similar to take 5. Randomness isn't fair and square. As Neil deGrasse Tyson says, The Universe is under no obligation to make sense to you. I've already pointed out that based on sales and drawings, the odds of California having as many winners as they have since they joined Powerball were 1 in 6.4. Does that sound so extreme that the game must be rigged? If the odds were in the billions, sure. But 1 in 6? Doesn't sound unfair to me.

PB and MM are rigged for Cali and NY. I've posted this several times and people have mocked me, but lo and behold look what happens here. It's a shame you guys still spend money on PB and MM when only two states are programmed to win jackpots. But I guess every industry needs its rubes.
