Mega Millions jackpot climbs to $180 million
A few months ago I was ripped here for talking about how MM and PB are rigged for Cali and NY.
Eventually you guys will realize I'm right and stop wasting your money on these two jackpot games.

Why not choose the annuity?
I also live in NC and the way they penalize winners for taking the lump sum is ridiculous. If the scratch off says you win a million, your prize should be the full million (take home around 700k after taxes). Not that it matters, I gave up buying scratchers a long time ago. There is no way the tickets are distributed randomly. The larger prizes are always awarded to the same geographic locations and to the same players. I'm so sick and tired of reading about Mr. Joe winning his SECOND major scra

You're right about them not having any advantage in winning unless there's fraud involved. However, this industry is tied very closely to public perception. You're always going to have people that think the lottery is rigged or biased no matter what they do. But, if someone related to a lottery executive wins a big prize, and happens more than once, more people may begin to form the opinion that there is some favoritism or advantage gained or is outright fixed, and will stop playing. If enough p

You bring up an interesting point. If the packs weren't activated by the time the customer service representative replied to green sandals, then I suppose there's another set of tracking/inventory control provided by the DSR's back to headquarters or regional district offices. They might be required to keep an itemized daily activity log of each day's delivery on their route. This might be more to ensure tickets don't go missing mysteriously or for investigative purposes if non-activated packs a

Megamillions and Powerball Games
Yep. People complain about lottery and casinos and how gambling ruins lives.
Well, how about the worst gambling in the world, to the tune of trillions of dollars, in the rigged insider derivatives market played by rich fat cats. The impact of their irresponsible behavior ruins lives, societies and entire countries.
