Yeah, people are on here will say that's because the populations of NY and CA are greater than everywhere else. It's BS. Nobody from Texas ever wins. The jackpot games are rigged for NY and CA. One of the biggest scams going today. That's why I stopped buying MM and PB tickets.

Is the lottery... too random?? Or is it fixed?

I agree, it does not appear to be truly random. I see people saying why would the lottery rig the game? I say, why would Wall St. rig their trading/funds, GREED! I believe anything can be rigged.
