You really need to quit the C P jobs, Teddy. Unless you have permission to do so, it's a copyright violation to use all or a substantial part of an article. Depending upon the website's TOU, you usually CAN quote snippets of the article, but you also need to link to the quoted material, if for nothing else than a courtesy to the reader as well as acknowledging the site from which it originated.
Of course, doing it the right way involves ethics and considering who you support, it's no wonde

Massachusetts man wins his second $1M lottery prize
What a wonderfully uplifting news article from UPI, whom I used to work for at their Chicago bureau!
Congratulations to this doubly lucky guy.

I know it was from there; I read the article, but my point was that the site is paying for supporters to push back, to be trolls and bear called B.S., so I proved it to him.
Why is it necessary to call Bear stupid? Have you even read his posts? His most legible ones are C P from websites...and biased ones at that.

Do you believe every combination has the same probability?
Just like we've all been saying the whole time, it's from start to finish. What in he!! is a 'rehearsal drawing' I mean, just how hard is it to simply draw (1) ball from each of (3) chambers? SIX PEOPLE? REALLY? LMAO!!! Wanna talk about wasteful?
Lottery officials conduct nine pre-draws, three rehearsal draws, a verification drawing and two post-draws
Unless I clearly missed something here, that's a total of (15) draws! Think they're tearing up a machine here and there? Oh, but I kno

Do you believe every combination has the same probability?
There was a thread within the last couple of months about something similar where some one posted a story about the time when Pa. had the Pick 3 drawing rigged. There was a link in the article describing the Pa. drawing procedure since then. Pa. does almost 15 tests for each drawing nowadays. This I believe, is what started all the pre-test and post draw testing that now occurs. Of course it's done to protect the integrity of the games and to keep everything completely random. Yeah, right.

salon.com, seriously?
That article had absolutely nothing to do with the verse in Zechariah, nice attempted diversion though.
