I know bc I see the 711 trending heavily and I just got an online QP 117 and 709!! But it never comes the way the QP drops it! Maybe 112 will come! But check this out I these QPs 794, 796, 740 and 791 and the GA lottery brings 790..my goodness, just refusing to give be a BIG win!! They are conveniently repeating the same numbers from the beginning of April!!

It is obvious to most of us that the slip was the reason for all the winning 5 number combinations. The only reason. I do not believe it would be odd if 2 grand prize winners weren't from those heavily played states. Your theory on birthdays has some validity to it but not on this drawing. The 89 2nd prize winners not being from those heavily played states is explainable because those states slips did not match up with row 5 on the states whose slips did. I would say most winners are self picks if your state lottery powerball play slip was organized with 5 rows of numbers per ticket for the white balls for an easy pattern to play. Lots of Keno players play patterns so not unusual. Someone should tally all the state powerball play slips that won and see how many have 5 rows of numbers for easy pattern play. Look at Florida Powerball play slip which is the anti play slip for pattern selection with lots of rows for white ball selection.

Approximately 75% of all lottery tickets sold are QP's Therefore I'd expect 67 of the 89 second place prizes to be QP's. I think the big question now is do they have enough money in the second place prize pool to pay out the total second place prize value of $117 million? My guess is they don't and the 89 second place prizes are going to be paid out on a parimutuel basis. G5
