I didn't say that a trust can't be formed after the drawing. I said a trust that's formed after the drawing can't be the winner. The drawing creates a winner, so an entity that doesn't exist yet can't possibly win. What could you tell the general public that they have not heard before? l played 5 sets, one set, l play weekly, daily, very seldom? All generic answers. New tickets either suck in general or just in my area right now. Buying at different stores doesn't matter....they all give either value of ticket or 0. Surprised the teasers aren't out there. Maybe that's another change...release new tickets that are a breath of fresh same old.
