why do black americans rarely win big jackpots
i came to this conclusion. the usa through false teachings have attached badness and negativity with a skin color or class of people. i remember in school they explain black is not a color in a rainbow, even the bible characterize dark or black as bad. this country was raised on they idea of taking blessings from african americans. so many of us dont bother too play because we know its rigged.they easy pick people by cameras.

I guess I was wrong then. I dont know I just felt compaire to lets say a year ago Powerball have more repeating numbers then before and kind of sometimes in a weird way...I dont remember I was noticing this before..I had this little feeling that they do this purposely to draw prize of Jackpot. The games are already very hard to win. The odds are insane, but sometimes I wonder if it is rigged. I don't believe it 100%. If did I would never play, but sometimes I wonder. Though the possibility of a rigged drawing is almost nil due to safeguards in place and a ball select system, this same extent of safeguard is not in place for the mere selection of quick pick numbers.
