not according to latest news release from two days ago (10/26) https://www.lotterypost.com/news/252406 Braswell said Alford will come onboard to the lottery likely in a couple of weeks. She has been leading ongoing budget talks at the state Capitol to help Deal prepare for the next legislative session in January. Lets hope they don't release Set for Life again in the previous form. That game has such lousy payouts/return on the lower tiers, you lose so much more money than on other $5 games. Typically less than 40% return most of the time in actual play, whereas other games will give you about 65% return. I would believe that should the winner give their blessings for a media release. so be it. However, if the winner would like to remain anonymous, then the proposed law could be invoked and honored.
