Site Updates, please read
This afternoon I installed several web site updates that have been long in the works, and which affect the entire site.
One of the most important changes affects every page. It is an improvement in the way the site handles a situation where you are viewing it on a widescreen monitor or tablet, and the browser is maximized to the full size of the screen.
Previously, the site would simply expand to the full size of the screen, making the center content section extremely wide -- and highly un

Scary Georgia Lottery Rumor for Players Everywhere
To all who took the time to respond- thanks! Good points raised. Oh, and I certainly thought about calling the GA Lottery directly and just asking, but I could find myself in a sticky situation if put on the spot and brought to the point that no, I'm not a GA resident. My inquiring mind may just have to wait it out, although I hope if anyone here hears, they'll post and put me out of my misery.
I continue to be puzzled as to why the GA Lottery would start the buzz with its vendors without mak

Iowa Lottery releases names of 'Shipping 20' Powerball winners
Iowa Lottery officials have released the names of the 20 Quaker Oats plant workers in Cedar Rapids who recently claimed a share of a $241 million Powerball jackpot.
Lottery CEO Terry Rich issued a statement Friday identifying the 18 men and two women who claimed a $5.6 million share of the prize money last month under the legal umbrella of The Shipping 20 trust.
Lawyers for the trust told Lottery officials June 19 that the members of The Shipping 20 wanted their names to remain confidentia

Iowa Lottery on the verge of revealing names of 'Shipping 20' winners
Maybe as in 'intent' or something.
I doubt a trust was formed that quickly. Lawyer was most likely blowing smoke like most lawyers. Possibly a lottery pool contract based on a written agreement (email?). These people were going to have their names revealed from the git-go. More than likely, this was a delay tactic hoping the hype would die down and most of the nut jobs would go away between then and the release of names.
Anyone who works at that Quaker Oats plant knows who they are. And t

Iowa Lottery on the verge of revealing names of 'Shipping 20' winners
The mystery Iowa winners of a $241 million Powerball jackpot could have their identities unveiled as soon as Friday morning, say state officials.
The Iowa Lottery last month paid the biggest jackpot prize in state history to the 20 winners, a group of Quaker Oats workers from Cedar Rapids known as the Shipping 20. But their names weren't released. It was the first time since the state lottery was established in 1985 that a jackpot winner hadn't been identified.
However, Iowa Lottery Chief

Hi guys
winsum has created a new thread for the pick-3 program and is in the process of posting both the
database builder video and the new P-3 instruction video. My box account is already at 40% and
to keep from going over my monthly bandwidth I will be removing the video from the download so
that it only contains the setup program to help save bandwidth.

$32 million Mega Millions ticket claimed in LA area
Cletu$2, you fail to acknowledge that riding a motorcycle without a helmet is legal in many jurisdictions, and we all know the quickest way to meet our Maker is by doing that. Cigarettes are legal, yet they are laced with toxins that are addictive, carcinogenic, and harmful in so many ways. Alcohol is legal and the cause of far more deaths than AIDS, cancer, and all types of illicit drug use. So YOUR point about drugs being illegal to protect the peons that choose to ingest them and the innocent

Do You Think That 1 Quick Pick Ticket Is Random Enough To Win A Mega Millions Or Powerball Jackpot?
When you said many duplicates , I thought you meant several duplicates of the same combo. There are many tickets with a twin but if the QP RNG is truly random, shouldn't there be several of the same combination?
Only the people running lotteries have any idea of the number of duplicates printed per game because they are the only ones that have access to the list of all combinations sold.
Some lotteries won't publish the amount of their ticket sales, some have the payoffs, and Tennessee a

The software can handle any matrix from pick-4 to pick-6 up to 60 numbers but for several reasons I have
blocked those capabilities in this release. A couple years ago I released a old dos version which turned into
a full time job supporting it. You would not believe how much time goes into something like this and if not for
the help from some very good friends I would not be able to do this at all. The software is totally free to use
and I don't even ask for donation
