I bought the new Carolina black, even after the first time around i didnt win much on the scracthers. But hey second time maybe new luck, right? well i scracthed it off and I has ALL 4 winning numbers on my card!! with a complete winning card!!!4 winning numbers I won 4 dollars!! It has nothing to do with anything being rigged, but rather the nature of the game. The game is about being random... anything can happen. Every number has the same chance to hit one draw as it does the next. Plus as someone already mentioned, between Saturday's draw and Wednesday's draw there will have been 5 draws as well as different ball sets between each official draw. I'd hardly say it's rigged, just that their software had some issues. I'll consider a change of thought if this happens more times throughout the country. It is pretty crazy though that this happened.

I would not say MM or PB are rigged, but it sure looks like PB is skewed to the East Coast as since the beginning of 2011, only 3 of 17 jackpot winners hailed from non east coast states, and all winners this year, with 2 from the smallest state coming from east coast. Makes forking over 2 bucks per play even more painful for southerners, Midwest connects, and wild wild western folk. Dang iPad thinks it is smarter than me...always want to make my PB into PBS!

If that is true and they know that all possible combinations have been played doesn't that give credibility to the theory that the lottery can be rigged? If it it possible to know what has and has not been played then what is to stop you from making sure the right balls do or do not come out? I mean to me they should not be able to know this if it is a truly random game.

If it is a fake, then the Arizona lottery should be able to look up the tickets and show that it is fake. I do not believe for a second that the drawing is rigged at all. If it was drawn by computer, yes, but ball drawings are pretty random.
