National Lottery
When it was announced that PB and MM would be available in the same states there was some discussions here about it maybe leading to or being a marketing test of sorts for a national lottery.
I don't see why we don't have one.
Heck, sell the tickets via vending machines at post offices if need be.
My only concern is if a super hype job of possible jackpots making players not realize the matrix they'd be up against would be even worse than existing ones.
We once had a poll here about

Forgot to give a gift ticket and it won now what?
I agree, 'Toss. If I simply forget to present the ticket and it hits, then technically, it's the bearer's money. However, from a moral perspective, I'd tell the person in question what's happened in its' entirety. Just as I'm a decent friend for even coming forth truthfully, they should oblige and offer to split it with me. Not so much that I'm looking for that but, it's on the premise of being loyal about the whole deal which they should respect.
Hopefully they'd think, Wow, he could've just

Do you really need that much?
Good points, RJOh.
I guess there will always be jackpot chasers .
Curently on the Illinois lottery's we site there's a banner ad for PB going to a 10X's powerplay so 5+0 wins $2,000,000. not just $1,000,000, but it says Starting May 1st, for a limited time only .
Maybe MM will do something, in Illinois there is still no Megaplier. Competition is always good for the consimer.
OK, I just put a poll up, Jackpot amounts. Have fun with it.

Perdue's Pick 5 Predictions
Most probably you are right.
Anyway this is a poll of numbers for today's Poland pick-5 draw based on 1 chart only :
1,4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 15, 18, 23, 30, 32, 36, 37, 39, 40, 41, 42
Strongest ones seem to be: 9, 23, 11, 32, 39
We will see if it will be confirmed. I'll let you know

I'm very confused as to why you think this poll was a farce. I think it makes sense. If your point is that you don't need it or don't want it, then that's your opinion, and you've expressed it. But to call it a farce is ... disingenuous in itself.
Also, I have not read all your posts, but it seems to me you are still learning Vtracs. Why then would you make a statement like, Anything longer than two months of history is a waste of time ? Obviously if you are learning a new system, you have no

Winning Lottery System
You should have defined winning system .
If an algorithym won each and every time it is employed, I do not see the lottory changing a thing. They still will get 50% of every dollar wagered. The players might not be so enthusiastic about giving their money to you but that is another poll.
If the algorithym allows you to win every so often, say once a month, a few months would pass before players began to notice. Even then, lottories would only change their game when the revenue decreased.

I could see this benefiting an actual allstates online player, but for the comon homestate player it seems like a needle in a haystack catching a due number within a vtrac...let alone straight.Though I do believe in Vtracs as a real and genuine working concept overall,I'm naive still about stuff like this or any software although this lotsoft seems like the real deal more than anything I've ever read here in terms of accomplishing a timely hit or 2...
Overall I believe human intuition will bea

POLL: Lotterey players, the wealthy
ThatScaryChick,
That's part of the reason for the poll. Let's say they already have millions. So is there a message here that there's never enough?
BobP,
Because money won is twice as sweet. BobP
Not so sure that holds true with old money . They've been known to look down their noses at the nouveau riche, even if they became rich by being entreupeneurs. There's no telling how they'd regard people who came into a windfall like a jackpot.

Which is your game of choice?
I am very surprised to see that the results of this poll are currently showing that the pick 5 game is a close second on here to pick 3. Judging by the forum activity among the pick 3, pick 4, and pick 5 forums, I would have assumed that pick 5 would not be as popular. But if there are really this many people who concentrate on pick 5, why is it that the pick 5 forum is, for the most part, very inactive compared to the pick 3 and pick 4 forums?
I have not been having much luck with pick 5 mys
