Very Quick Update For January 15th I like doing all states on Pick 4 because we can eliminate more numbers :-) I am secretly doing all doubles around the state so when these drop down I will add them :-) Pick 4 Will Work Different This Month. All 4 Digit s That are Listed, Have Not Hit States With Midday Evening pick 4. Exclude states that don t have pick 3 but have pick 4 like Oregon Massachusetts are not included. The Name Of The Game Is To Eliminate Numbers , as numbers

p134 Most, if not all, of these quick-pick schemes are designed to give youa set of numbers that hasn't been played up to that point in time That might be ideally but I'm prety sure it's not always the case. There's no way of telling if its set up that way. In any case, IMO it depends more on the game.
