Not all Retailers Pay Out to $599
Hey JXP - Congrats! I can speak for MD and DE locally only. When the DE Lottery decided to take financial incentives away from retailers for selling tickets, the customer saw an immediate response. Most of the retailers here don't give a crap about the lottery customer. They have to hire and train and dedicate personnel to the lottery for little in return (this is them talking, not me). I was 1 of the first people in DE trained to run the original lottery terminals at start-up. That and the fac

Sums on White Balls in PB
I know that I should not put my 2 cents in, mostly because I don't do jackpot games and so therefore know next to nothing about them.
But, a few times before I have taken quick looks at those kind of lottery games.
It seems to me, if I understood right, back then, when I took a quick look at the sums filter for those kind of games, that due to the nature and make-up of jackpot games, filtering out sums does no good, unless you filter out very many of the Middle sums, johnph77 seems to b

Quick question about MM
Okie, I'm gonna try to explain this and hopefully someone can help. I was wondering, to win, do u have to have all the # on the same row or if u do like 5 rows of # on ur ticket can the # that are drawn be in those different rows and u still win. Like example would be.
you pick:
5 7 19 28 35 36
8 14 25 27 42 5
And the # the lottery draws are:
5 7 14 27 35 5
Would u still win?

How much is the most you ever spend on the Lottery?
Before I retired I participated in lottery pools that spent $500 or more several times and their winnings weren't impressive. I always thought it was because they had no plan and bought mostly quick-picks until one time they allowed me to pick the numbers, make out the play slips and buy the tickets and did no better.
I did learn several things, picking 500 lines and making out a hundred play slips by hand is a lot of work. Also since I gave every one copies of the tickets before the draw
