California has had lots of big jackpot winners and with the exception of Castro they basically went off the radar. (Gil Cisneros is another exception, but he was in politics for a while.) It's valid to ask why Edwin Castro has an article about him in the NY Post and Daily Mail at least once of month. The NY Post just published yet another filler article about him going on a trip to Fiji complete with pictures. Ok, good for him? Counter tops indeed, lol.

You need to re-read the article again carefully. Nowhere in the article did it say both quick pick Mega Millions tickets were purchased at the same store. One ticket was purchased at the Stop Shop grocery store. The other ticket was purchased at Gibbs grocery store. These two stores are an hour and a half away from each other. Look somewhere else because there is NO conspiracy as you are suggesting.

In a Don't Quit Your Job Yet, article, they warn that this is very wide spread, Lottery Winners quitting their jobs after Winning, but before they actually get the check and the article basically said, At least wait until you cash the Lottery check before quitting your job!

The Smart Lottery Couple I was talking about in my OP DIDN'T go on any Reality TV shows. The article was about how to be smart with ypur Lottery Winnings and pointed out that they did the smart things , especially when they moved to a Gated Community because complete Strangers came to their old house begging them for money. The article was pointing out they did the right things.
