Retailer perspective: Selling a $254M lottery ticket
Maybe it's just me but it sounds like Mr. Singh already got a tip in the form of Hush Money! After this many weeks he all of the sudden remembers the ticket buyer? I've had the people at my regular convience store remember me enough to say hi...but to be able to pick me out on tv(I doubt it!) When this first broke the lottery would have had to investigate and one of the first people they talk to would be the clerk. He could have ended the whole thing that day. Woman sues TV station over lottery numbers error
Despite the fact that the numbers WABC-TV broadcast were wrong, the suit asserts, it compounded Daniele's alleged pain by negligently, carelessly, recklessly and/or intentionally rebroadcasting the erroneous numbers the next day. The key to her lawsuit is the rebroadcasting of the wrong numbers again the following day!

Woman sues TV station over lottery numbers error
She may have a case, though. Especially if it is true that they broadcast the wrong numbers AND she lost something or something happened to her as a result. I'm not saying it's the right thing to do.

If anyone has the Ohio Number??
Virginia stopped airing its drawings earlier this year, but the results are still viewable online. One Thursday, for some reason, the drawings did not come on until 2:15; they were supposed to happen at 1:59. Virginia did not broadcast it's Saturday day draws or it's Sunday draws (when these started in 2007).

Ottawa man claims $25M Lotto Max prize
Although the initial euphoria experienced by lottery winners compels them to let everyone know they've won, it is advisable to keep a low profile, and not to broadcast your new status as a multi-millionaire. Any past lottery winner will tell you that people will come out of the woodwork with some sob story/legal challenge/investment scam or other angle to convince you to hand them your winnings. This is an unfortunate side effect of being instantly wealthy. My sister-in-law won $122,000 in the C

Do you guys think the mega millions and maybe powerball is rigged?
Ok, you probably think, wtf, everyone seen this post before and theres a few websites that claim that the machines used to draw the numbers have been rigged, some claim that heavy gasses are used and sometime they use helium to make the balls lighter, etc...
