OK, is it just me !!!! in 2013 he was just WARNED of receiving money in lottery scam. DOJ you dropped the ball or are on the take for pay offs...If it is against the law to run lottery scam and receive money, then why was he not put into jail and track down any others involved. This went on for years afterwards. Maybe DOJ should have to pay back the people that got taken by this guy, out of pay checks of upper management of DOJ then I think it will never happen again.

BTW, that's a pretty good scam getting other folks to spend their money to play all your numbers and send you photos of their winning tickets to use to promote your scam. How about you post photos of all their losing tickets?

I wonder since the court decided the game was a scam if the casino was forced to return the money he put up in advance to play, if not then the court partnered up with the casino to scam him out of his deposit and the courts are as big of crooks as the casinos.

A $750 lesson. I really really really want to feel bad for her, but COME ON. There were about a million red flags here. At this point I can't even blame the scammers. They don't even have to try all that hard. I'm beginning to think scam artists will need to put THIS IS A SCAM in big block letters for people to stop sending their hard earned money in to these fake lotteries.

Scam Scam Rigged Rigged!!!!! Another repeat. I would advise everyone to play the numbers from March thru April or dont play at all. At least you will have a smaller range of numbers to choose. Just filter down digits from the previous draw whether it is mid to mid or eve to eve. I hope players are paying attention. Look for two digit repeats from the previous 4 to 6 combine draws.
