What if someone interferes ??
I don't know why the lottery and the US Banking systems would be so safe when the government websites are hacked so many time each day??? I also don't know why AOL is advertising that no one will get hacked or suffer from identity theft. That is a big claim that so far NO ONE has ever been able to stop. There are people who believe their whole purpose in life is to hack sites and create viruses.

Obviously, they didn't award the bonus for exceptional directorship or planning ability. 13+ years in the business and never considered after hours theft. Thank the gods he never led a combat unit. How do I know he never led one? He is still alve!

Winning lottery ticket purchased with stolen credit card
it being a debit card changes the whole ball game, because a debit card is not a credit card. a stolen debit card is bad. a stolen credit card is also bad. but they are not the same theft. i don't think companies should accept payment in credit cards. too much potential for abuse. way too much potential for abuse. cash only is the only way to go.

Man Picks $1 Million Lottery Ticket Out Of Trash
Rules are very explicit. It's a bearer instrument. St. John bore it, someone else trashed it, it's now St. John's. Now, if St. John had stalked someone and stolen it, or had seen someone drop it, and then picked it up for himself without telling the other person -- that's theft, and he should be prosecuted. But someone putting it into the trash, and St. John moseying over to dig through the trash? it's his.

Lottery fight brewing in Massachusetts
I'm not familar with the Massachusetts state lottery rules regs, but here in Illinois a lottery ticket is considered a bearer instrument . This means whoever is in possession of the ticket is the owner of said ticket, irregardless of how he/she came to be in possession of the ticket (barring an outright theft). That ticket became public domain when it came to rest in that garbage bin. Anyone could've pluck it out of there, you, me, Osama bin laden....Anyone!!

Drug dealer must forfeit lottery jackpot
i see that there are few incentives for dealers to quit dealing drugs, i also think drugs are not good for the health of this nation, so what are law enforcers to do?i think make the penalties as harsh as possible and to help pay for the law enforcement, confiscation is great.i also think it could be used on a broader basis maybe for theft and other property crimes.

Store owner who stole customer's winnings stripped of lottery license
He needed to be stripped of more. He should have had a jail sentence. That is theft in my opinion.

Prime Line 3 System
Prime Line 3 really is the best system Player offers. In fact, it is the only good system he offers. Is it worth the price he charges? Depends on whether you actually use it. By the way, don't write and ask for a pirated copy. That is considered theft of intellectual property. Orangeman
