Illinois woman wins $7 million lottery jackpot
When Alberta James of Machesney Park, Ill. arrived home from work tired and soaked from the rain last week, she listened to a garbled message on her answering machine from her best friend about the Lottery. At the time, Alberta had no idea that her life was about to change.
When I called my friend back she said, 'Oh my God, you're rich. One winner has a $7 million ticket they bought from Vince's, and I'm sure it's you!' said James. She didn't believe her friend: You dream about it, but you

The possibilities for fraud in RNG games
To give a perfect example of how easy it is to manipulate drawings with a so-called RNG was when they put out the game called Xtra Below is a little thing I posted about a year ago on the subject. How could there possibly be any trust when your first experience with RNG is a game they have fixed and admitted to it after being e-mailed on the subject. The fact that it was a fixed game was never listed on the website or the rules of the game or the cards to be filled out either. It only came to

What VALIDATE TICKET means?
Hello, ok here is the story.
One day I won 80 USD (Pick 3 box) and the clerk said I am sorry I do not have 80 USD in register (well, it was early morning...)
What would happen if he/she scans my ticket first... machine would print some please pay tickets.. and then what?
Ticket would be validated/claimed and I would have no money....?!? Hmmm...
But my real question is what would happen if I win 800 USD for example...?
The clerk would scan the ticket and tell me what...? You

How to win more lotto for less money.
Thanks for the responses - Glad to be onboard.
The proposed rules/filters are presented for discussion.
RJOh,
So I assume you have not signed the petition to eliminate computerised draws!.
The main point to note is that there are plenty of never do rules , but few which have had extensive statistical back testing as presented by the authors of the book. I believe these rules can be worked up as a set of first pass elimination conditions prior to applying the many public domain

Tips for the Latest Instant Millionaire
It's great to be rich, but fame is a bitch. So your primary mission is to claim the money without divulging your identity or having a mental breakdown. Here's how to do it: Don't tell anyone. The single most important rule for maintaining sanity after winning the lottery is: Do everything you can to keep your precious anonymity intact. Of course that means keeping your goddamned mouth shut. Don't share the news with your friends, neighbors, coworkers, or family. Resist even the urge to tell your

An 81-year-old Canadian man, a cancer survivor, is suing the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLGC), saying it refused to properly investigate a retailer who allegedly cheated him out of a $250,000 winning Encore ticket.Despite feeling cheated by the store owners, Robert Edmonds settled his civil suit against them in January. There could be a lot of winners after scratch-off lottery tickets go on sale at 12:01 a.m. tomorrow. But it won't be because the lottery manipulated the games to produce more winners right away to entice more people to play.''It will appear there are more winners the first day than the second day,'' said Rebecca Paul, president and chief executive officer of the Tennessee Education Lottery Corp.''We'll sell more tickets the first day so we'll have more winners based on the fact that you sell more
