OK I'll try to explain in laymens terms what each filter means. Some of them are pretty simple to understand.

Can math and logic improve chances of winning a jackpot?
So does that mean that the state lotteries spend a lot of time and money to make sure the games are independent from one another, or they spend a lot of time and money just to make sure?
By spending that extra time, the lotteries are doing whatever they can to insure a fair drawing where every possibility has an equal chance of being the outcome. Simply put, one or more of the three digits drawn in the last drawing have the same equal chance of being drawn in the next drawing as any of the

If you knew the numbers before the drawing?
Along the lines of this topic: back on March 20, 1992, I was minding a video game store for a friend who left for a video game service call. I was sitting there watching TV, waiting for the PA evening drawing just before 7pm. All of a sudden the number was streamed across the screen as 0-0-0 . Then 7pm came and the drawing was held, but the drawing was 1-3-0 . My first thought was that someone at the TV station had really screwed up his job somehow and I didn't think anything of it. But the next

Illinois Lottery Wheel of Fortune Instant Win Second Chance Drawing
Cool dude, also do you think it's best to withhold some tickets for the third drawing or do they retain your tickets entered for the first drawing to the rest of the drawings if you don't win this Thursday?
I'm trying to see if I should save most of them for the last drawing like we talked about, which is the third one, since the last last drawing not for the trip. If they don't keep rolling over to the next drawing then I should hold onto some but if they keep your entries from the first

they should NBey6.. and todays drawing wasn't live either.. i know a little about uploading and editing videos for the internet... there is no way possible, NCEL could air the live drawing, then in less than 2 minutes, edit the video NCEL just captured, then upload to the wral website.. it takes more time than that..
i remember when you could watch the live drawing.. it took 5 minutes then.. doesn't make any sense, except for the fact that NCEL did the live drawing at 2:45 and then edited the

Piqua lottery winners sued by co-workers
It's a bit more f-ing difficult than you thought, and it took you less than 5 minutes to get it wrong. If you let me play in the pool for tonight's drawing and we win, some of that money is mine. Period. If that money is spent on tickets for the next drawing, I now own a portion of any winnings from that drawing. Period. Contracts are held to be invalid, in whole or in part, every day, and you've written one that would never hold up in court.

Tennesse Lotto Plus= SCAM??
It sounds like probability doing what probability does. I've got no idea how many tickets they sold for the first drawing, but I'll make some guesses to put it in perspective. If the jackpot has gone up 100k with each drawing they probably sell about 300k tickets for each drawing (based on the prize ratio of many JP games). The odds of winning are 1 in 7 million. If they sold 300k tickets for the first drawing they would have sold about 4% of possible combinations, and there would have been abou

Human error to blame for Powerball delay
Human error in Iowa was behind a delay in the midweek Powerball drawing, lottery officials said Thursday.Wednesday night's drawing in a Des Moines suburb was delayed 37 minutes the second such delay in a month. The May 25 drawing also missed the time reserved for it to be broadcast to 90 television stations across the nation.Mary Neubauer, a spokeswoman for the Iowa Lottery, said human error was to blame for Wednesday's delay. In this particular case, someone did look at the sales figures but
