With SCEL odds mean nil.They mean to sucker in everybody they can before they PAY ALOT! I think I played once...didnt like the odds...I'm convinced th Il lottery is rigged or least somthing funny is going on...I called the lottery once to ask for a list of winning ticket locations, I was asked why I needed that info,and after I explained that it was part of my playing strategy they then told me to send a blank check because at this time they didnt know how much it would cost...Now who in the hell does that...So now I have to check their website after every drawing since its listed

Idaho must be following in the footsteps of Indiana. from what you have explained, Idaho is following lockstep with Indiana. Many days of not only Pic3 but this new game of the Double Draw game as well as Wild card are all rigged. They also have no external auditing of these games.

Very glad you posted this story. For the Hoosier Lottery to blame the 17% drop on the economy is not a valid argument considering the average lottery drop is only 3%. That clearly should tell Indiana they need to quit scamming their players with a rigged lottery. Its not just the lottery either. When the scratcher odds are 1:4 and people are buying 10 and 20 tickets in a row and not winning, something is wrong. Somebody needs to wake the Indiana lottery commission up

Interesting statement regarding the hoosier lotto. I have long wondered if the hoosier lottery was rigged. Something just isnt right about our lottery. I cant seem to figure out what it is but something is not right. I know others who think this too, but no one knows why they felt his way. When you compare ours to other state lotteries ours does appear odd . I would be VERY interested in what your thoughts are.
