James, how are your new tickets? Does it seem like there's more and better winners in the first week or two of a new release? I'm just wondering because there was a time that PA put some okay ones in the beginning packs of new releases and you could count on more wins in that first week or two after they hit the shelves.

I think there's a mechanical malfunction lately in the printing department...I haven't found ANY decent winners on ANYTHING lately. Money back here and there and a whole lotta $0.00 PA is stinkin' lately on the instants. I suppose it's that time again....new release time. They best change some things otherwise, people won't care what's new and coming.

In FL, I keep track of all of the news releases on the FL lottery site. I have a spreadsheet I created that shows the current games, release dates, winners, winner cities etc....The reason I keep track of this is to see what tickets have recently had a big winner. If someone just won a top prize on a scratch off, I will usually play another game for a few weeks. Through the records/research that I keep, I can usually tell how long a game will last from start-finish and whcih ones are good to buy

Here we can claim and request minimal publicity so instead of a big press conference it's just an interview with the lottery people and you don't have to really say anything. They just release your name and town with no pictures. If I don't accept via a trust then I would do that. Either way though, I would probably let people on here know I won. I wish I did. It seems that the numbers I post in the predictions forum seems to hit in every pick 3 lottery except NC. My bags are packed with rolled up newspaper, with the intention of making a trip to the NC Lottery Commission to smack the machines. After my trip and release from prison, I expect the numbers I post in the predictions section to hit in exact order every drawing.

Yea I know the whole thing about not being able to see the assets and that you don't really have control over the money, but I had read that when you're creating it you could add a stipulation that would pay out whatever money to either yourself or other people and then dissolve the trust. That way you could still be completely anonymous and have control of your money.
